We love to hear from our stā BODY family and welcome your comments and questions.

Customer service is available Mon-Fri 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST.

stā BODY processes and ships in stock items within 48 hours Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Shipping:

We ship all packages via USPS ground unless otherwise specified.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Any order for 2 day or next day shipping must be placed before 1p.m. PST.

Return Policy:

stā BODY’s number one goal is for every one of our ladies to be happy and confident. Our return policy is no different.

We are happy to accept unused items with all tags attached within 15 days of the original invoice date.

Please note all sale items are final.  

Used, washed or garments with the tags removed will not be accepted. This is for the benefit of each one of our customers. returned item must be clearly unused..

Original shipping fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping except when merchandise arrives damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

Please fill out the return form included in your shipment and send unwanted items back to us at:

Return your items back to us at the address listed by using any trackable/insured shipping method of your choosing. We cannot be accountable for lost packages.

Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and credit the card used in the original purchase. An email confirmation will be sent at that time.

Please note that the return process can take up to 7 days once the item is received. Please allow at least one billing cycle for your credit to return to your account.

If you receive a defective item, email us immediately at customerservice@stabody.com so we may arrange a return label as well as a replacement.

You may cancel an order by emailing us at customerservice@stabody.com. Orders that have already been processed and sent out from the main office cannot be cancelled.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, please return the original item and note on your return sheet what size you would like to receive instead.  We will charge the card used in the original order for the exchange shipping fees unless an alternate method has been previously discussed.

When trying on your stā BODYsuit, please be sure to wear your own underwear beneath. Also, please do not wear deodorant or perfume when trying on the item as these may transfer onto the garment and make it non-returnable.

We are unable to accept COD packages.
